Nope! We work with clients across Canada and internationally. While we’re proudly based in Saint John, most of our services can be delivered virtually — and we love collaborating across time zones. (In-person options are available for branding shoots and training sessions.)

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with next steps and a link to book your Kick-Off Call. Every Rose Ave project begins with this session — it’s where we get to know your goals, clarify timelines, and outline deliverables so everything runs smoothly.

Typically, projects begin within 2–3 weeks of signing your agreement and completing the Kick-Off Call. Availability may vary based on our production calendar, so booking early is always a good idea.

Your Kick-Off Call is a 30–45-minute strategy session to set clear direction before we dive in. We’ll discuss your goals, review your brand assets, and finalize timelines. It’s the foundation for every project we take on.

You’ll receive access to a shared client dashboard on Google Drive to track progress, share files, and review deliverables. For active projects, we stay in touch through email and scheduled check-ins.

Absolutely! Each service includes a set number of revisions to ensure your final deliverables feel aligned and polished. We’ll outline how many are included in your package before we begin.

Ad spend is billed directly through your advertising platform (Meta, Google, etc.), but we handle everything else — from creative development to campaign optimization and reporting.

Yes! Our Workshops & Team Training sessions are designed exactly for that. We’ll customize your training to your goals, skill levels, and industry — virtually or in-person (travel fees apply outside Saint John).

Item descriptiones! You’ll receive a wrap-up email summarizing your next steps, along with any assets, templates, or strategy documents delivered in your package. Ongoing support and retainer options are also available if you want continuous management or consulting.

100%! Many of our clients return for quarterly refreshes, new campaigns, or updated content cycles. You can rebook anytime — we’ll pick up right where we left off.
